The art of Bialetti

In Italy, everyone makes their coffee on a stovetop using a bialetti type aluminum pot (also called a moka pot). The Atlantic recently blogged about it here. I am not sure what I think of these pots – I guess the cafe brewed is an acquired taste, a bitter one. I am much more of a french press kinda gal. Especially with Tazza d’Oro beans. I think I am obsessed with the idea of drinking coffee but I can never finish a cup. It is the first thing I think about in the morning – wake and cook some coffee.
