Cool infographic but obviously not realistic for most of the world. You would need 2 acres of land to be completely self sustainable, growing your own wheat, meat, eggs, veggies, fruits etc. Obviously this graphic is simplified. It doesn’t take into account seasonality, water usage, and the massive labor involved in having a self sustaining food system in your backyard. But, it is still a nice graphic…
